Our goal at Skeddader^® Inc. is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unopened products in original packaging within 60 days after the date of online purchases made through Gardeners Junction.  Opened or used products, or any items marked as “final sale” are not within our return guidelines.

Returning Skeddader^® Items Purchased from our retail distribution family

If you purchased Skeddader^® products at a retailer, and your product remains un-opened and in original packaging, you can likely return the product direct at the retailer that you made the purchase. Each retailer will have varying processes to handle returns. Please inquire at said retailer to determine their specific returns policy.

Returning Skeddader^® Items Purchased from Skeddader^® Inc. through Gardeners Junction

With Skeddader^®‘s 60-day web return policy, all we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same, new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is the result of an error made on our part we will cover the cost of shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of a product defect or shipping error.

Return with Skeddader^® is simple:

• You can return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date.
• Please contact a Customer Service Agent to confirm your return. 
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging for a full refund.
• Defective/damaged products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 60 days.

A full refund will be issued once your returned product is received and processed. So long as the item is in the condition you received it and with the original box and/or packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected by the Skeddader^® fulfillment centre (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days. (Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.)
